Error read cchExtRst (Extended Strings in East Asian Versions) #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open parse file price.xls result -> Number of sheets: 0 
2. Add code echo "$i $retstr<br>"; before $this->sst [] = $retstr;
echo "$i $retstr<br>";
$this->sst [] = $retstr;
3. Bug in line > 568 Гефест БЭВ-1502-3 К17 50см (кор.)!
4 If exec  xls2csv ./price.xls All done.

If a file to open in Exel and to keep, parser works normally (it is connected 
that the initial file is created by means of Exel East Asian Versions)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.22 , Debian Lenny 5.0.5

same issues here with Korean. Pretty huge bug
