Save db before query #155

Hi @bastibe! How you doing?

There is not so much in this patch but I found annoying the searching the annotation's database would ignore the annotated buffers that have annotations not yet saved to disk. So I ensured all the annotations in buffer are dumped to db before performing the query. I am quite sure this was my intention when i wrote the code, some time ago, but I just wrote it wrong. :)

I am happy to know that you are fine in your new home, changing home is a big source of stress (at least for me always has been :-)).
