Update README.md to make code blocks render correctly on GitHub #80

Previously the first line in each code block is interpreted as the language for syntax highlighting, so omitted from the rendered output.

Also I have some install instruction in https://github.com/bastibe/lunatic-python/issues/65#issuecomment-951888478 , may had be better to document it somewhere proper (and remove/fix the wrong install files).
