In accordance to the "To dark theme or not to dark theme (Not)" section of issue #309 and the agreement of @bastislack on the matter I removed all dark theming from the app. This includes
The logic to select themes
All dark theming from all components and layouts
The theme selector in the navbar
I removed the logic to select / toggle the dark / light theme as it will not be needed in any foreseeable future. If we really really need it, we can get it back from this PR / commit. This way we don't have an unused file laying around in the repo.
