fix: rewrite dependency vulnerabilities #332

Multiple (about 4) vulnerabilities have emerged over time in our dependencies. I ran npm audit fix to resolve the issues.

Thanks for the quick review :). Updated the package.json entries for vite, postcss and zod. I could not find an entry for the updated nanoid (in package-lock.json in package.json.
