Does not work with recent development tools #101

Hi, Dicompyler was packaged for Debian and we tried our best to adapt it to recent wxpython, matplotlib etc.as you can see in a series of patches. Unfortunately it seems that it does not work properly anyway as a recent bug report shows. I just want to make sure that the issue gets a record in the issue tracker. Kind regards, Andreas.

Hi Andreas,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Actually since you originally pinged me, I have been working on a set of changes that are inclusive of the original Debian patches as well as other contributions. It will be pushed to the dependencyupdate branch here on github. I will reply to this issue once it has been pushed. The dependencies have been all updated to recent versions.

Currently dicompyler is working as expected with the updated dependencies on Mac. I am currently troubleshooting Windows and expect to have the issue fixed by this weekend. We can then test for Debian compatibility.

Thank you for your patience.

Master branch now uses updated dependencies and supports Python 2 / 3.
