Added the future imports and changed the dictionary usage to be compatible with python 3

Wow thanks for the pull request! Updating for Python 3 / wxPython Phoenix compatibility is something I have been working on the side on and off, but haven't got a chance to push to GitHub. I'll compare your PR to the work I did and see if we can get it merged in.

Based on the discussion in #103 it is probably best for the user base for dicompyler to move forward as Python 3 only. Please see the dependencyupdate branch for that work.
