Scrutinizer #81

The Scrutinizer badges are either not working or not updated. I'm not familiar with this tool - if it is something you're still using I will peek at it. Otherwise I am happy to replace them with GitHub Action badges for the new workflows.

Yes, that sounds swell! Github action badges sound great.

Merged PR #82 and set the coveralls.io account up as well. Will have a look at that workflow later, as it is failing right now.

fixed, with the caveat that we need to update the readme when switching the default branch to develop.
