Include Dutch translation of the category names.
This changes the structure of the questions JSON.
I also removed the .json files and only kept the .js files, since they are only needed once.
@basvdl97 I think the code needs to change slightly, because now the category key has an object associated to it rather than a string (similar to the questions and descriptions), and after this it can be merged.
