But in this case, the message is not linked to disqualification of an algorithm, and should be displayed regardless (unless the question is unanswered).
The message is different for KEM and DSA, and must probably be hardcoded - this is the only question of this type. It should read
"You indicated you require NIST level {...}. The corresponding variants of the available algorithms are {...}, {...}, {...} and {...}"
where the dots should be filled in based on the user's answer to this question.
Also, the algorithms that were disqualified by other questions should not be displayed here.
