[BUG] no way of creating a person with a subtype #206

It is currently impossible to create a person with a subtype (e.g. for Urbanmosaic a Personenverbindung of type "Haushalt").

This was not a bug, but a feature. The subtype was intentionally removed from the wizard for Urbanmosaic. The problem was that the subtype was still shown in the browse view.
