Added tiles implementation #129

According to issue #123, I've made the component for a base tile and an expandable tile. I am not sure if tiles can support more configurations than ones in the branch, as the given sample usages and the official documentation related to tiles does not provide much further implementation about it. Or maybe I missed something.

This is correct, tiles are rather simple components.
