Packaged ESAPI.jar Manifest contains no version information #95

The Manifest that gets generated by Maven no longer contains the version 
information for the archive by default. This information is required to 
install the ESAPI jar into a privately run Maven Repository.

Fixed for 2.0 trunk. 

Needs to be addressed in the 1.4 branch still

I don't see a ton of benefit in adding 1.4 to Maven - closing this issue as 
this has been resolved in 2.0 for quite some time
