Note that the player gets a glowing effect when in a safe zone, and a sound effect plays when entering. Also note that safe zones in PH also stop enemies from seeing you -- I don't know if we will want to also do that?
We could also drop some instruments from the song and/or lower the tempo when in a safe zone.

A safe zone is a room or part of a room where your time resource does not deplete, or at least depletes much slower than normal.
