Transcribing audio to text: Broken link on the page #1464

There's an example under the section "Transcript considerations and differences from captions" that links to a 404.

How to reproduce:

  1. Go to this page: https://bati-itao.github.io/learning/esdc-self-paced-web-accessibility-course/module9/transcribing-audio.html
  2. Scroll to the section "Transcript considerations and differences from captions"
  3. Find the 3rd point from the bottom that begins with "Headings, topics and links can make the transcript more usable."
  4. The first link of the paragraph "Here is an example transcript with headings" brings to a 404 (https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/programs/accessible-canada/how-you-pay-using-electronic-payment-terminals.html).
