[V36] [V37] max core speed not recognized on Odroid N2+ #10061

Issue: in BT37 the clock speed of my Odroid N2+ isn't proper shown, should be 2,4Ghz and now is around -10% (see attachment). Expected result: I wan't to bee enable to use the max. performance frequencies for my single-board pc.

I know that the overclock option it's, since V35, on this sbc been removed duo kernel-linux issues (see another my issues) BUT the problem is relevant because in some games hardware demanding like Naomi or Atomiswave (Metal Slug and other frenetic shooter) there are frequently sudden slow down fps (audio and video). Not happening on V35, but persist since V36.

Thank you for further advise!

this is correct, it's just not showing you the turbo clock speed

The main CPU is based on big.Little architecture which integrates a quad-core ARM Cortex-A73 CPU cluster and a dual core Cortex-A53 cluster with a new generation Mali-G52 GPU. Thanks to the modern 12nm silicon technology, the A73 cores run at 2.2Ghz without thermal throttling using the stock metal-housing heatsink allowing a robust and quiet computer.

Thank you for your clarification: so, what should I do in order to play full speed the most demanding title, like in BT V35? Shall I downgrade? Is there a command line/script I can force?

@nadenislamarre you removed overclocking for the N2+ was this because of the new kernel? Should it Turbo to 2.4GHz?

i don't remember, but i guess it didn't work with the new kernel/image
