citra_language_value = "English" is missing in liberto_Citra core #10280

Describe the bug The system always chooses the wrong or another language even if you set it up to region USA

To Reproduce for example, try to run Sonic Lost World (USA) and it will run in another language other than English even if you choose the region USA

Expected behavior Because the citra_language_value = "English" line is missing this will happen always

Additional context adding this to the core option will resolve the issue as this option is in the original research for the PC but it missing in the Batocera version

this is one of the problems with the libretro-citra core. it's not well maintained. we suggest you use the standalone version which has better performance & support.
