RK3128 Powkiddy A13 - Freezes after switching in/out games, joystick skips after exiting pico-8 games #11699

Issue description

Issue 01:

ES tends to hang/freezes when playing a game, menu exit, switch to other games.

Issue 02:

Pico 08 (using native fake 08) runs, however whenever upon menu exit, the joystick will "skip items" while navigating the games.

Detailed reproduction steps

Issue 01:

ES tends to hang/freezes when playing a game, menu exit, switch to other games. At this time, will have to power down console.

Have tested to leave a game running (PSX Marvel Super Heroes) for hours, eventually game will freeze.

https://github.com/batocera-linux/batocera.linux/issues/5845 Seems to be pointing to a similar problem, due to the low ram available. Seems to have a 0.5gb swap file at the moment.

Issue 02:

After running Pico 08 games (using native fake 08) , menu exit, the joystick will "skip items" while navigating games. For example, in a list

Game 1 (starting point) Game 2 Game 3 Game 4

Game 2 will be skipped, and straight to Game 3. This behavior returns with other pico 08 games tested. Upon restarting, the skipping bug goes away. It comes back when pico 8 is played. Does not happen with other emulators tested (NES. SNES. PSX, MD)

Details of any attempts to fix this yourself

New SD card to etch a new install. Same outcome for both issues listed above
