Issue description

Also as a Retroachievements developper, I need to be able to enable Test Achievements Simple thing to add : -An entry in ES "Enable Unofficial Achievements" (set default as false)

_cheevos_testunofficial = true

in the final file.

I guess file to edit is : package/batocera/core/batocera-configgen/configgen/configgen/generators/libretro/libretroConfig.py

Of course not, the default would be "false" But the option in ES should be integrated
