Issue description

For games using PS2 you need to put controllers to the 2 and 4 positions to make it players 1 and players 2, so when launching a game you should switch players 1 and 2 to the positions 2 and 4 while PS2 games are running to avoid the issue

What emulator ? libretro-pcsx2 or PCSX2 (standalone) ? Please provide support file and more details: USB hubs? How many devices are connected? etc.
