Enable Drastic for S905x3 #12101

Issue description

Melonds on S905x3 performance is very laggy, I would consider it unplayable for most title that I tested.

Please support Drastic emulator for S905x3. I have tested on the same TV box running on Android and EmuElec. Both are flawless and I got around 60 fps on most title.

I have tried installed using the installer script from batocera forum: https://forum.batocera.org/d/5085-drastic-for-batocera

But it seems it doesn't work with Batocera 40.

So please support drastic emulator for S905x3.

Install Batocera, insert nds rom, select drastic emulator to play nds game

But it doesn't work with Batocera 40
