Input lag for dual joycons

In beta 35 Whenever you connect the joycons via bluetooh they connect perfectly. But for whatever reason one of the joycons will have about a half second delay. I've been able to recreate this by pairing both joycons, then clicking l2 and r2, but what ever one you click second will have the delay. You can make either controller have the lag and the opposite will work flawlessly. So I assume that means since one works perfectly at one given moment there must be a way to make both work.

@Blazerball123 are you using them individually or combining them into a pro controller?
