Request for Adding a New Calculation Method: (Historical) Palestine

السلام عليكم, I would like to inform you that Palestine has what is called "التوقيت الدهري". The way that it works is that prayer times are calculated from Al-Aqsa using an 18 Fajr/18 Isha angle (same as Karachi) but by adding or subtracting some minutes depending on your city.
