Merge ui branch into slow_kotlin

• Updated the layout of various places, such as talent editing
• Manage custom music without having to mess with music files directly
• Animation editing changes
  • Updated layouts for sprite editing and model editing
  • When sprite editing, dragging while right clicking will add a new sprite cut when outside of any existing sprite cuts
  • When model editing, you can click to move parts. Holding Ctrl (or Cmd on mac) moves based on pivot. Right clicking will rotate the part
  • Rotating is based on the middle of the model box, not the pivot point
• New config settings
  • Search On Type: Every key press will run a search
  • Typo Tolerance: Set how much lenience you want over typos in search
• Lineup page
  • Effects from cannon base and decoration is now displayed
  • See both cost and level at once. You can swap which one to emphasize
