i cannot install 2 #2

Just asking how can i fix permission denied because when I drag file to terminal it says Permission Denied.

You may need to visit our discord server, there is installation guide explained. In there, it says that you have to create folder and put BCU-Initializer/BCU-Installer jar file into that folder. This is because BCU will create subfolders like BCU_lib, assets, etc, so if you don't create folder, it will make folder where it's at messy.

Also, if it's about permission problem, it's not problem of BCU, but your system. Try to move BCU folder to desktop. If it still won't work, try to check if any anti virus program is blocking it, especially McAfee, or Avast, etc

i putted all of the files of bcu to a folder now what

If you moved folder to Desktop, try to run BCU with the way we suggested. If it still shows permission problem, then you will have to search the cause by yourself. There are tons of factors which can block BCU, and this problem is exclusive to you

it still keeps saying java application launch failed even if its jar (i used folder then compress and finally convert it to jar)

We didn't tell you to do compress process. After putting BCU into folder, and moving that folder to Desktop, follow this

  1. Open your Launchpad and find Terminal
  2. Type "cd " including the space and no quotes
  3. Find the BCU folder, then drag and drop the folder icon to the terminal window
  4. Go to Terminal and press the Enter key
  5. Type and run "java -jar BCU-Installer.jar" for the installer, or "java -jar BCU-0-5-0-47.jar" if you've already run the Installer.

Basically, step 1~4 is to locate terminal's path to BCU folder. For step 5, if jar file name is like BCU-Initializer.jar, then you have to call java -jar BCU-Initializer.jar. You don't need to compress files nor convert files

I request you to read carefully, we did say that you have to create BCU folder and put BCU jar file into that folder. Once it's created you have to move BCU folder to Desktop. I hope you won't make us say same thing from now on

I also don't get what you mean by no command like run in your version, you just call java -jar BCU_NAME.jar where BCU_NAME is the name you have to execute. If your OS says java isn't existing command, then install Java below here. Installer name's are kind of self-explanatory and obvious, so you will be able to download what you need. Be aware that you have to install java by running downloaded installer.

You have to run BCU-Installer to run other versions. Even though name is BCU-Installer, it's actually just BCU, but can be executed without folder called BCU_lib where all external libraries BCU needs are put. Once you able to run it, it will automatically download the latest version. Even though you get the latest version, you won't be able to run it because there isn't BCU_lib folder. Of course, just creating folder named BCU_lib won't solve problem too

Does it just say java application launch fail? Or does it bring more detailed message below? If it's latter, upload the screenshot, of copy the content of full message
