Easy way to rejoin a one-man team when left?

We talk about this every year and there's never a good solution.... With this backend, is "admin panel" always the best idea by default now?

I don’t understand why we must support this. I think the solution is to make leaving a team harder (ie with an “are you sure” box), and ping a dev to restore your team if you must; alternatively, make it impossible to leave a one-man-team.

I don’t think we should track who has been on a team “once-upon-a-time”.

^sure -- tbf, "make it harder" is a valid solution too. I had a really broad scope in mind (and "there's never a good solution" included broad things like this too, in the past)

I have a preference for the latter: why would you ever want to leave a one-man team, anyway?
