Adds the team settings page. This PR doesn't add any functionality - only the design. TODO:

[x] profile section
[x] elgibility and scrimmages sections
- [x] fancy checkboxes (DescriptiveCheckbox component)
[x] members list
[x] no team? display team join stub
[x] leave team button
