Given the fact that people may move between countries, e.g. a person with multiple family names can reside in a country that doesn't usually have them.
What should be the approach towards these concepts?
On the one hand, shipping in said country doesn't require that naming breakdown. On the other, people should be allowed to express their names in forms.
