Added funcitonality to close issue 62 #63

deleted depreciated defs in xmlp
created a summarize def that will give a smaller/more consumable dict based on the results of the large docker_state json file
added functionality to the _get_rpms def that was defined in xmlp

Went through and found a lot of dep's that are required, this PR completely breaks xmlp, which causes the primary scan on the server side to fail (line 447 in docker_scanner), I'm removing it and breaking issue 62 into separate issues for easier fixing...
