Add license text file #40

Hi, This node-fs-ext project is missing the license text file. I have added that in this pull request. I request to please merge this pull request in upstream so that this project will get the license text file.

The license is specified in package.json. So, I don't see a point of having that file here.

You are right but I am packaging this in Fedora linux and we have a policy to also install license text file from upstream tarball. I see license text file is not present in tarball so packaging policy says ask upstream to include license text also.

This is to make sure license tag in package.json matches to license text file to make sure what really this module is licensed for.
