45 main folder choice #53

Can you review this, @egolus, please?

It adds a menu to options, to change the folder. If you launch the program without any settings (remove the registry keys for this to happen), it will greet you and ask to choose a folder.

this looks good. The tests fail because travis doesn't have the folder set in the settings so it stays in the folder picking dialog, right?
