Added videos to the campaign process. #20

I don't know how to lofi ui should be, but here is a first iteration -- let me know, it looks rough around the edges. I'm not sure how to handle the case where they enter both a url and record a video... if we should error or just accept one or the other

And yes this branch is misnamed -- shouldbe campaign videos

how about a radio button in front the link_box and a radio button in front the 'record video' , and tell the user select one of the feature?

If the video recorded through webcam, then does the link generated by youtube will also stored in campaign.video_link?

They're both stored in the same place -- campaign.video

I deleted campaign.video_link because we already have a model for Videos

Added radio buttons.. will merge in T-2 hours without further suggestion
