Galleria fix

Changes are:

• fix galleria on heroku. I cant check this, Ben, would you take a look? I just make the themes file of Galleria to not be compiled into a giant file so I can use set path to load it
• set absolute pixel to the width of the body that is below the nav_bar of website;. This prevents wide screen to mess up the width of the website.
• set the size of donation text_field
• set max-height for picture in project index page
• add index view for campaign
