PR - added few lines of code which is passing paperSize options to converting method. Options naming follows phantomjs API reference: https://github.com/ariya/phantomjs/wiki/API-Reference-WebPage#papersize-object

I just renamed the module (I think the new name should be more clear about what this module does) and published this new version: phantom-html2pdf
