I'm using this software on a daily basis. I have few ideas how to improve the user experience:

  1. When trying to select a text on a 'Note panel' it moves down automatically and selects the wrong part of the text. Add a preference option to show the 'Note panel' in the edit mode by default.
  2. Preference that enables 'Paste as unformatted text by default'. Thanks!

hi @roman-io good points. Actually:

  1. is already present. Its called "Preferences/Auto-hide editor toolbar".
  2. there is keyboard shortcut for that. In my fork I changed it to be Ctrl-Shift-V - so then Paste Html is "Ctrl-V" and "Ctrl-Shift-V" is is Paste as Text. This is same as in Evernote web client. I also improved the HTML cleanup so that pasting HTML works most times now.

Unfortunately the this repository seems to be currently unmaintained.

I'm currently working on v2.1 release. You can have look at CHANGELOG.. or try binary - just beware its currently "alfa version stability". Should be compatible with 2.0 - see release notes.
