architecture improvements

improve the architecture of the frontend/backend

UX:

• [ ] add lightbox component (... which properly scales; try out https://github.com/dimsemenov/photoswipe; ensure images can be replaced)
• [ ] add toaster component for notifications (dismissable & out of the way; try out https://github.com/artemsky/vue-snotify)
• [ ] add real grid component
  • multiple selection like explorer
  • cells selectable, not content
  • tab/shift-tab to change editable cells
  • detect lost focus
  • tristate checkbox to select all/none
  • action buttons top/bottom which are always visible
  • save always automatically unless there is a specific action (like foyer -> register)
  • can deal with too long texts
• [ ] use https://github.com/palantir/blueprint for datetime edit
• [ ] make multiselect of tables more available
• [x] ensure abnahmemodues issues are marked as such
• [ ] make show details of issues more complete / not mess up the layout

frontend:

• [ ] setup frontend using https://github.com/vuejs/vue-cli
• [ ] add typescript compile functionality to use external typescript libraries
• [ ] add unit test framework
• [ ] add e2e test framework
• [ ] ensure vuejs allows for restrictive CSP
• [ ] add sensible polyfills

backend:

• [x] streamline translation process
• [ ] add performance test page for pdf to image, image resize & report generation
• [ ] add phpstan https://github.com/phpstan/phpstan

overall:

• [ ] include construction site id into url
