Empty givenname / familyname for new construction managers edge cases #548

When a new construction manager is added per e-mail (by another construction manager), no givenname or familyName has to be given. Only when the invited construction manager actually signs up will they enter their name.

This leads to problems on the home page, as there all construction managers part of a construction site are shown.
