Filter out hidden constructional sites in overview #585

Hidden construction sites are not shown in the list of the foyer, however they are still shown in the card overview. They should be hidden there, too.

No, they should not; there is the deleted flag for that.

The logic is as follows:

deleted are nowhere shown
hidden are only shown if one is part of the construction site (but not to others)

The hidden is useful to have private instances on customer installations, without them showing up anywhere else except in the own account. Making hidden behave the same as deleted would prevent this use-case.
