Formats collection #227

Resolves #226.

The text on all of these pages is minimal, but link to some more information on Wikipedia (surprisingly robust) and will show related Artifacts.

I didn't do a thorough job of pinning Artifacts to Formats, so there's still room for improvement there. But I decided to open a PR because sometimes people seeing the work will inspire them to add small contributions/changes once its in production.
