qcli progress bar no longers works #715

This issue has been happening for a while now, so it's not a recent thing. The qcli progress bar for analyzing input file... doesn't actually progress. The progress bar for generating QCTools report... still works.

I am having this issue too.

Here's results of 3 recent tests.

Command: qcli -i {path to file} -o {path to file.qctools.xml.gz}

  1. JPC_AV_00011.mkv (21.5 GB ffv1/pmc) started at: 11:07 Analyzing input still at 0%: 11:27 Complete at 11:27

  2. JPC_AV_01663.mkv (24 GB ffv1/pcm) started at: 11:43 Analyzing input still at 0%: 12:13 Completed at 12:14

  3. JPC_AV_1709.mkv (21.8 GB ffv1/pcm) started at 12:29 Analyzing input still at 0%: 12:49 Completed at 12:50
