I wanted to contribute to this project, which I really enjoy using. As a native Portuguese speaker (from Portugal), I'd like to start collaborating by helping with translations. I'm not sure if the PR you made was automated or not, but in the meantime, I have translated and revised my work. I hope this contribution helps the project grow a little more!
