docs: add link to unofficial Kubernetes Helm-Chart #80

Hello there!

I was interested in Jelu as my solution for tracking my books, etc.

However I wasn't much interested to deploy it via Docker, but instead via Kubernetes.

Usually that is most simple using a Helm-Chart, but there wasn't one for Jelu yet. So i've spent a little time to create one and to publish it to Artifacthub (One of the main sources for Helm-Charts): https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/tibuntu/jelu

Since I wasn't sure if you would be interested into hosting and maintaining the Helm-Chart by yourself, I have added a link to the Readme to point to my unofficial chart.

Let me know if that is fine for your, or if you want me to publish the chart's source code with another PR into your repo!

You're right, I don't have enough bandwidth to maintain the chart myself, so if you're ok to keep it on your side that is fine by me :)

Thank you for making Jelu available to more people anyway.
