Bug: Two authors show up with no space in between #95

It appears that when two authors are added to one book, it shows up with no space between their names or any sort of delimiter.

For example, in this book "Chii" is one author and "Beni Axia Conrad" is the other. Their names are smushed together. image

To add some additional context, it appears that this only happens when the multiple authors' names are short enough to appear on one line. For example, these two books. image The Hobbit shows both authors on separate lines, but The Sandman shows Neil Gaiman and Sam Keith on the same line with no space.

Thanks for the detailed description. I have a commit with a fix, it will be in the next release.
