Add new wiki page and some changes to README #15

It seems like github is repeating some of the commits which have already been merged. The new commits start from '27c55fb'.

This pull request also adds a new wiki page : https://github.com/DaVikingMan/EnvyControl/wiki/Fixes-for-some-common-problems which is still a work in progress(I think you would have to manually add this page as I can't open a pull request for a wiki page).

If this pull request is merged and the wiki page is added, then you would have to change the link to point to the project's wiki page as it is currently pointing to my fork's page.

I recommend not merging this pull request for now as the feature for being to detect display manager without systemd isn't completed EDIT : I have removed the commit for the feature which I was working on. This pull request is safe to be merged to the main branch
