Update README with list of files that may need to be removed manually #172

I faced issues when trying to use my GPU after uninstalling envycontrol, and found out that there were a few files that were created by envycontrol were still hanging around. Removing them got everything back to normal, so I added a heading to the "Tips" section of the README to help others if they have this problem.
