[REQUEST] Man page updates #99

Nothing urgent... I happened to notice the man(8) page of envycontrol is seriously out of date. I remembered it was 1.3or 1.8 version manual on Fedora 38, which might bring issues when people looking through the manual and discovering the command's -flags has changed quite a bit. I understand someone else is maintaining other distro's packaging. But I haven't discovered that fork yet, and all Home page links back to this repository.

Great stuff you have here. Thanks for all the works.

I guess you are using envycontrol from my COPR repo https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/sunwire/envycontrol/ The man page was added by me (the PR https://github.com/bayasdev/envycontrol/pull/25 was never merged) so put the blame on be. I'll remove outdated man page from the rpm package.

Nvidia's and AMD's bs documentations had done me more harm than anyone could. We could be doing a little trolling 😏
