I have the same station. Reading the data from the 3 30.318.IT sensors works fine:

my mistake :-) The 30.318.IT pushing data every 10 seconds, the base starion only every 7 minutes.

I just installed rtl-sdr and tfrec and wanted to find out if this it what it is supposed to look like:
I only get one or two messages right after I insert the batteries into the a 30.3060.01.IT and that's it. Just thought I would be able to read all the decoded data as soon as it is being received. Both a Raspberry Pi 3 as well as an x86 machine show the same behavior. Thanks already for helping me out here.
