Show only antibody by default in viewer #3

Or at least color it consistently.

Thanks for the addition, Santi. I agree; this is a great feature to add.

One way we could do this is e.g., as you say, colouring the whole antibody chains only and leaving the rest in light grey. I am waiting to see if this fix also happens in pdbe-molstar, and I'll add the feature with the new version.
