Ask Google for maps API usage #300

Could we get free API calls to the GoogleMaps API?

We have to apply for Google Map API non-profit grant here: https://services.google.com/fb/forms/mapsapiuplift/?hl=en-US

eligibility requirements here: https://support.google.com/nonprofits/answer/3367237?hl=en

I think we need to build the app with the free API version first, and then justify why we need the enterprise version.
