Can we verify that there are no other hidden parameters that affect performance?

[x] Run the same tests with a smaller model (2 - GNN layers)
[ ] Test whether increasing the embedding size can affect performance and by how much?
[x] Run the same tests with a larger model (10/12 - GNN layers)

We have the two results coming in at different scales:

@Jai2500 in task 2, are we talking about the number of filters, if we have varied that significantly then we are done with these tasks.
